ICR Integrity are looking for a full time Mechanical Field Technician to join the team with experience in the oil and gas industry on production facilities both on and offshore, based in Houston.

The role will involve mobilising to customer sites to apply ICR’s engineered composite repairs (Technowrap) and weldless connection solutions (Quickflange) in line with client requirements and in compliance with all ICR procedures.

Main tasks:

  • Travel and work from various onshore and offshore locations both domestically and internationally. Sometimes at short notice.
  • Apply Technowrap and Quickflange products in line with client requirements and ICR procedures.
  • To become totally conversant and have a full and detailed understanding of all of the Engineered Composite Repairs business processes and how they apply in the running of the business.
  • Working with / supervising third parties when required.
  • To take responsibility for one’s own safety and for the safety of others working within ICR and whilst representing ICR on an external work site.
  • Compliance with and commitment to Company’s HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • To assist the Operations Team in providing a high level of technical support to all customers.
  • Carry out special projects or duties as assigned by the Operations Team.
  • Ensure the application of the Company’s quality procedures with reference to the Responsibilities and Authority Matrix.
  • Carry out special projects or duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain, inspect and service ICR, Technowrap and Quickflange equipment.
  • Prepare and package material for distribution to our international facilities.
  • Complete required reports and documentation in line with Company standards and in an accurate and timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become totally conversant and have a full and detailed understanding of all the ICR business processes and how they apply in the running of the business.
  • Take responsibility for your own safety and for the safety of others working within ICR and whilst representing ICR on an external work site.
  • Become fully competent in the application of engineered composite repair products (Technowrap) on all pipework and structural geometries.

Become fully competent in the application of ICR’s weldless connection technology (Quickflange).

Skills and Personal Qualities:

Required:

  • Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from ICR is required; ICR will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g. H-1B visa) for this opportunity
  • 1 – 3 years offshore mechanic experience on a production platform required
  • Must have experience working on production platform equipment.
  • IT Skills – Microsoft Office Packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel and work from various offshore & onshore locations and overseas locations, sometimes at short notice.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Drive a motor vehicle and maintain a driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Air travel, when required, to and from work locations
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer’s sites requiring overnight stays, with short notice as required
  • Regularly work around machines, electrical equipment, chemicals, and within industrial facilities
  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity during tool use

  • The Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Card
  • H2S Specific training requirements
  • BOSIET Offshore Certification
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline; or equivalent education
  • SafeGulf/Safe Land Certification

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join ICR, based in Houston, USA.

The main purpose of the Sales Manager role is to establish and retain business opportunities for the Repair Division Services of ICR, including Technowrap Engineered Composites, Quickflange Weldless Connectors and ISNONO.

The primary focus for this role will involve obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships, whilst growing the business within the Americas, to increase revenue from sales. As part of this there may be an element of account and partner management involved however primarily a sales & business development role. Responsible for developing and securing sales in accordance with the agreed business development strategy, as per the annual business plans. This role will report to the Head of Sales – Americas.

The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive new business sales to deliver the Repair Business Development strategy and secure revenues, as per the annual business plan.
    Achieving sales targets within the region.
  • Identify new leads, partners and industries in order to generate business for the Repair division.
  • Assist in the development of a new market strategy to help determine the best approach to new markets where required, including market research and mapping as well as competitive landscape.
  • Manage key strategic accounts and partners that are already established.
  • To further develop current client relationships and drive future sales.
  • To support the development of relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities with a six month look ahead and ensure this is managed and kept up to date using the company’s Pipedrive CRM system.
  • Maintain and identify new opportunities to achieve financial performance of the Repair Division.
  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales pursuit plans and targets for the Repair Division.
  • To carry out weekly forecasting within Pipedrive, to ensure revenues in the month are aligned with actuals.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
  • To positively and professionally represent ICR at conferences, trade shows and networking events with an aim to continually gather intelligence and feed back to the business using the appropriate tools.
  • To develop and retain positive relationships with new and existing customers and foster positive relationships within the ICR organisation.
