The Gold Awards were launched in 2015 recognising remarkable contributions to the UK offshore oil and gas industry including the people and how businesses harness the power of energy to better their businesses.
The “Small Company of the Year
” category recognises the best small company, its commitment to people, culture, the North Sea and the Aberdeen community. ICR is up against SengS and Siccar Point Energy with the winner being announced at a prestigious awards ceremony on Friday 7th September 2018
at the Marcliffe Hotel & Spa
. Robert Mitchell
based in our Headquarters in Aberdeen has been shortlisted for the “Apprentice Award
” which recognises those who are the future lifeblood of the industry, demonstrating an aptitude for learning, a stellar performance and a commitment to the industry. Robert is up against contenders from Richard Irvin Energy Solutions and Fugro.
Judges commented that this was the most difficult year yet selecting the shortlist from such a fantastic range of entries, so getting to this stage is a massive achievement.
This recognition really highlights how ICR has developed and improved business operations in the last 12 months or so as we continue on our transformation journey.
