ICR remain fully committed to protecting the health, safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, clients and business partners while striving to maintain business continuity through these unprecedented and difficult times. Our decisions have followed (and will continue to follow) the general advice from the UK government and we will continuously monitor the developing situation and provide further updates accordingly.
A significant aspect of our service delivery is within core infrastructure – Oil & Gas, power, chemical, nuclear and defence industries. As such, we will continue to support our clients with these critical operations and do what we can to maintain the best possible service.
We are asking staff to work from home where possible until further notice, given that a large part of our workforce is equipped to do so and our systems provide for this.
For those staff whose duties require their presence on-site we will be making provision for minimising contact and additional hygiene measures. We will endeavour – where possible – to make provision for business-critical operations to continue within the current parameters of safe working practices, and acknowledge that this is a fast-moving situation to which our business continuity plans will adapt to going forward.
During this most difficult and challenging time we will continue to be considerate of others, in particular elderly relatives and vulnerable members of society and we look forward to resuming our normal operations as soon as it is safe to do so.
For enquiries, our telephone and email systems will continue to operate – please make contact if we can help in any way.
