ICR implements a systematic approach to Quality Management
We provide the framework to understand our customer’s needs; and deliver products and services that satisfy those needs within the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate, and to appropriate national and international standards.
Specifically, ICR strives to:
Ensure that our Quality Policy and standards are understood and followed at all levels in ICR;
Set objectives and targets which promote continual improvement in performance;
Measure, appraise and report on Quality performance;
Document roles and responsibilities at all levels of the organisation;
Provide the resources, training, and competence assessments necessary for effective delivery of this policy;
Identify and assess business risks and opportunities including planned changes;
Maintain open communication with all interested parties and evaluate customer satisfaction;
Identify, investigate and correct Quality issues and take the appropriate action to prevent recurrence;
Engage with sub-contract companies and suppliers who endeavour to ensure that their Quality standards match our own;
Achieve continual improvement through a cycle of audit and review; and
Periodically review the suitability and effectiveness of this Policy, our management systems, objectives and targets.
This Policy statement is applicable to all ICR Companies, Subsidiaries and Branch Operations and is available to all interested parties.
