Telecommunications Lead - Moreton-In-Marsh

We are looking for a full time Telecommunications Lead to join the Sky Futures team, based out of Moreton-in-Marsh.

The Telecommunications Lead will project manage the data collection and the report writing process for multiple telecommunications sites, predominantly in the UK and Europe.

The role will report to the Business Manager – Sky-Futures.

The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

To deliver the Telecommunications business activities and processes;
In close liaison with in-house Project Coordinators, ensure all projects are delivered safely, professionally and on time, in accordance with client requirements;
Develop and follow processes and procedures as the business increases capacity;
Manage key milestones through the client specific reporting process;
Manage site-specific workflows (reports), any additional items (e.g. unusual site items) and associated third parties;
Monitor the data collection process, to ensure all workflows are in accordance with client specifications and deadlines;
Maintain up-to-date reporting on project progress;
Attend regular client update meetings and provide accurate progress data;
Liaising with multiple third parties and stakeholders

Key skills, attributes and experience:

Telco background and experience is essential
Familiarity with Telco industry specific systems and processes
Previous experience in a Project Management capacity
Familiar with various client reporting writing processes and software
Ability to manage multiple workflows on a day-to-day basis
Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation and external contacts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients
Strong organisational skills
Presentation skills for internal and external clients
Strong report writing skills
Self-starter that takes a collaborative approach and really enjoys working as part of a team
Sets high standards in quality of work and excellent attention to detail
