We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the ICR Sky-Futures™ team, based in Moreton in Marsh, Cotswolds.
The Project Coordinator will work within the Sky-Futures™ team, to provide administrative support and coordination to the operational planning and delivery of several long-term projects. Support and organise the allocation of personnel and equipment to ensure each operation is delivered in line with client requirements. Assist with the QA/QC process when dealing with specific client reporting requirements.
This role will report to the Business Manager – Sky-Futures™
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
Provide support with day-to-day project coordination activities.
Assist with the collation of multiple work site locations and plan into a logical geographic workflow.
Support the co-ordinate and arrange the allocation of personnel and equipment, with considerations to other work scopes.
Provide administrative support and coordination to the operational planning and delivery of several long-term projects
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure specific client milestones are delivered.
Monitor QA/QC of the collected data and assist with the final sign off with the end client, when dealing with specific client reporting requirements.
Assist with the collation of lessons learned during project management processes and provide support when feeding tis into the Sky-Futures™ Safety Management System.
Update Solab/Project trackers with the resource allocation on projects.
Maintain and update operational planning documentation in place and tracker use.
Raise purchase requisitions in SAP, in line with project requirements.
Assisting with project planning and the coordination of resources.
Supporting the completion of all opportunities and projects in accordance with the timelines and specifications agreed with the client.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations and legislation in the countries that Sky-Futures operate in.
Provide link between Sky-Futures™ sales and operational teams.
