We are looking for a full time Project Coordinator to join the Sky Futures team, based out of the Sky-Futures office in Moreton-in-Marsh, Cotswolds.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting operational planning and delivery of several long-term projects in line with Company procedures and processes. The Project Coordinator will organise and manage the allocation of personnel and equipment to ensure each operation is delivered in line with client requirements. The Project Coordinator will oversee a detailed QA/QC process and follow specific client reporting requirements.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:
Collate multiple work site locations and plan into a logical geographic workflow.
Co-ordinate and arrange the allocation of personnel and equipment, with considerations to other work scopes.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure specific client milestones are delivered.
Monitor QA/QC of the collected data and agree final sign off with the end client.
Collate lesson learned and feed into the Sky-Futures Safety Management System.
Update Solab/Project trackers with the resource allocation on projects.
Raise purchase requisitions in SAP, in line with project requirements.
Project planning and resource management.
Responsible for ensuring that all opportunities and projects are completed in accordance with the timelines and specifications agreed with the client.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations and legislation in the countries that Sky-Futures operate in.
Provide link between Sky-Futures sales and operational teams.
