Project Co-ordinator - Norway

We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join the team in Norway.

The Project Coordinator will provide support to the Production, Operations and Engineering teams in completion of all daily requirements and point of contact for all ICR scopes in Norway. The role will be based in Tvedestrand.

 

The main tasks will include:

  • Support the operations and engineering teams with materials planning, inventory management, procurement and supply chain
  • Support Sales staff with client management and expectations
  • Organise freight, logistics and transportation of equipment
  • Assist with receiving goods into the Workshop/stores and checking against delivery notes
  • Ensure all materials are counted and controlled as per procedures and defined requirements
  • SAP Super User
  • Prepare work packs and deployment packs
  • Monitor relevant project cost control/tracking and preparation of reports
  • Compile and issue the final reports to clients, ensuring archiving of relevant project records

 

The role has the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure all technical queries and requests raised by the various project teams are promptly dealt with.
  • Liaise with various departments within the Company, clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of information for operation planning purposes.
  • Call-off materials, consumables and plant & equipment to support operations as required in a compliant manner by use of SAP.
  • Receive into stores, inspect record and report receipt of consumables, materials & plant and equipment in line with applicable Company procedures ensuring where appropriate that stock management systems are duly updated.
  • Prepare manifests / shipping notifications, including those required for dangerous goods to be shipped by sea and air ensuring where appropriate that such returns are recorded in SAP in a compliant and traceable manner.
  • Assist finance team with the preparation of invoices and variation order requests to clients.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Problem resolution and process familiarisation
  • Analysis and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is essential
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent administration skills
  • International project delivery experience and logistics knowledge desirable
  • Comfortable working remotely
