International Key Account Manager – Quickflange™ – Aberdeen
We are looking for an International Key Account Manager to join the Quickflange™ team based in Aberdeen, with international travel required on a regular basis.
The International Key Account Manager will manage and develop the existing relationships with key UK & International ICR – Quickflange™ partners and accounts within strategic geographic locations, such as Canada and Azerbaijan.
You must have a good level of understanding for the global offshore and onshore energy markets and be able to deliver technical presentations in country and remotely for ICR’s repair services with a greater focus on Quickflange™.
This role will report to the Head of Sales – Quickflange™.
The main tasks involved in the role will include, but are not limited to:
Manage and develop the relationships with key UK & International ICR/Quickflange™ partners and accounts.
Achieve annual sales target for all designated responsible accounts.
Assist partners in generating sales from regional client base through remote and in person marketing and sales presentations.
Set KPI’s and review monthly/quarterly targets with partners to review progress.
Coordinate in-country visits to meet with partner and clients to review progress and develop further business.
To positively and professionally represent ICR at conferences, trade shows and networking events with an aim to continually gather intelligence and feed back to the business using the appropriate tools.
In-depth competitor analysis for the UK and key international markets to be managed within the Key Account Management plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering agreed annual targets set for each partner and account.
Maintaining strong relationships within designated Accounts on behalf of the Company.
Ensuring all Key Account plans are kept up to date at all times to include competitor analysis, market intel and commercial analysis.
Ensure annual sales targets and strategic objectives are met or exceeded within designated accounts.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all promotional material is up to date and fit for purpose.
Retain current clients and grow the client base for the business unit and where possible introduce other ICR products and services.
Recognise and adhere to all company HSEQ policies.
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:
Degree qualifications preferred

Good planning and organisational skills
Good IT, budgeting and reporting skills
Knowledge of marketing and branding
A full driving license
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
